CLEANINGS & CHECK-UPS
Keeping your teeth clean every day is one of the most important things you can do to keep your smile healthy. Regular dental exams and dental cleanings at the dentist are important, too. Our dentists will examine your teeth, and then customize your cleaning with our hygienists as part of your personalized care. Options this my include are, digital X-rays (when needed), a complete periodontal assessment, oral cancer screening, and a bite and jaw movement evaluation. Your dentist will recommend a treatment plan.
FillingS
Fillings are most commonly used to treat cavities. They're also used to repair cracked or broken teeth, or teeth that have been worn down over time. We use the latest techniques and equipment to help make the experience as comfortable as possible. Once your treatment is complete we can discuss how to maintain healthy teeth in the future.
Pediatric
When possible, we will attempt to treat the entire family at our practice.
We invite you to stay with your child during the initial examination. During future appointments, we suggest you allow your child to accompany our staff through the dental experience. We can usually establish a closer rapport with your child when you are not present. Our purpose is to gain your child's confidence and overcome apprehension. However, if you choose, you are more than welcome to accompany your child to the treatment room. For the safety and privacy of all patients, other children who are not being treated should remain in the reception room with a supervising adult. In the event your child would be better served in a specialized setting, we will be happy to refer to one of our local Pediatric Dentists.
CROWNS & BRIDGES
When you have missing or damaged teeth, it’s hard to keep your mouth healthy. More importantly, when you have missing teeth, your remaining teeth can loosen, which may lead to additional tooth loss. We are here to help. Crowns and bridges are often a solution that can fill the gaps and restore your mouth back to a healthy state. Crowns and bridges requires removal of natural tooth structure and replacement with a gold, porcelain or various other materials.
Bite guards & Mouth guards
A bite guard is a dental appliance that protects your teeth from excessive grinding or clenching, which can lead to worn down teeth and jaw problems. A bite guard is typically worn at night, as the grinding or clenching happens mostly during sleep.
Mouth guards protect the teeth by distributing the force of a blow over all of the surrounding teeth and gums. Most importantly, mouthguards serve as a shock absorber for concussive forces affecting the lower jaw. Custom-fitted sports mouth guards are made by a dentist or a professional laboratory. They are individually custom designed to provide the best protection, fit, and comfort. We carry a full range of sports mouthguards to protect your smile, from budget friendly choices to the popular Under Armor branded options.
